  Kiev is actively building up its military combat capacities in parallel with efforts to comply with the Minsk agreements, Ukrainian leader Petro Poroshenko said in the country’s capital on Thursday. Speaking at a session of Ukraine’s National Security Council, Poroshenko informed members of the Council that training and preparation of the Ukrainian military had resumed with the involvement of “several” NATO countries.
