  The US Mint has halted production of American Silver Eagles for the rest of 2021. Andy Schectman, president & CEO of Miles Franklin, says the US Mint has been “the model of inefficiency” as it has been unable to fulfill its constitutional charter and meet demand for Silver Eagles. He sees demand continuing to increase.
