And the Feds POMO or “Not a Qe” came in 5.5 × oversubscribed. Certainly the hundreds of billions of dollars the Fed is printing for the overnight funding markets should ease the liquidity shortage. Next we look at a new report that reveals 56% of the US banking sector could collapse in the next downturn. maybe these two events are linked somehow.
