  Their system is at the point of explosion, and Russia is resolutely refusing to go for their Syria war plan. Now, after the recent unexpected agreement between the EU’s “foreign minister” Catherine Ashton and  Iran negotiator Jalili on a 5-point agenda for the Iran nuclear negotiations to resume in Moscow on June 18, London is desperate to ensure a failure. On the other side, the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff and some other individuals with guts in the U.S. government, are fighting Obama all-out behind the curtain, to attempt to ensure that the U.S. position in the talks is one that will merit discussion by Iran, unlike the U.S. offer at the last of these “P5+1” sessions in Baghdad.

  Former Iran nuclear negotiator Hossein Mousavian, now a visiting scholar at Princeton, called that offer “diamonds for peanuts” in a June 15 Reuters interview.  In Baghdad last month, the U.S. and London led the P5+1 to demand that Iran cease its higher-than-5% enrichment of uranium, in exchange for almost nothing,— fuel for a medical reactor and some aircraft parts, without even getting any relief from the forthcoming, tougher sanctions, not to speak of all the economic sanctions already in place.  “If the major powers are not ready to move on the crucial issues of gradually removing sanctions on Iran and recognizing its right to refine uranium, I’m afraid the Moscow talks also would fail,” he said.

  Mousavian said that Iran is ready for what he called a “big deal,” to at last put the whole nuclear dispute behind us. Others have even included other outstanding issues, such as Syria, in the “big deal” that Iran is prepared to reach with the U.S..

  Right on cue, London has persuaded 44 stupid, corrupt and cowardly U.S. Senators of both parties, almost half the Senate, to back London puppet Obama in bringing to Moscow an even worse offer than he made in Baghdad.  Like the worst British crazies in the Administration, Obama’s witches Susan Rice and Samantha Power (Cass Sunstein’s wife), the 44 Senators led by Menendez (D-NJ) and Blunt (R-MO), demand that Iran concede to every U.S. demand BEFORE NEGOTIATIONS BEGIN, as “a sign of good faith,” without getting anything whatsoever in return!  Because merely meeting every U.S. demand is not enough: “Barring full, verifiable Iranian compliance with all Security Council resolutions and full cooperation with the IAEA, including a new, far more intrusive inspections regime under the Additional Protocol, we see no circumstances under which Iran should be relieved from the current sanctions or those scheduled to come into effect at the end of this month,” they write in their June 15 letter to Obama.

  And if the Moscow talks fail, as under their proposal they surely must, the Senators tell Obama to break off talks and prepare for war.
