  Video above shows that after an “URGENT” meeting in the wee hours of Saturday morning in Russia, between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russia’s Federation Council, Transporter-Erector-Launcher (TEL) trucks carrying live “TOPOL-M” nuclear ICBMS are on the move on roads in Russia.

  The TOPOL-M carries only ONE warhead: a One-Megaton Nuclear bomb. At least THREE (3) of these TEL trucks, carrying ONE TOPOL-M each, are seen in the video, on-the-move inside Russia.

  The TOPOL-M is an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) but unlike other ICBM’s it does not carry Multiple Independent Re-Entry Vehicles (MIRVs); it carries only ONE warhead: a One megaton Nuclear Warhead.
