  Much remains concerning the corona-virus, its potential planning, or else its exploited event. The discussion and debate, along with investigations and accusations, will remain for a long time. Financial failures will surely occur, and much debt restructure will be forced. The Force Majeure has begun to be called, at first in Asia, next in the United States.
