Banks Say It’s Time To Take Control Of The Crypto Markets It Will Require A Global Identity Standard — Crypto Euro

  The association of German banks is a group of over 200 banks and several groups and they have written a letter stating now is the time to issue the digital euro. Many have suggested that crypto currency is the solution to central banking, it’s not. One of the first set of actions would involve elimination of all competition among digital currencies. They propose the new digital Euro would require development of a global identity standard to verify the identity behind every single transaction. None of this looks like the banks have an issue with crypto at all in fact they have spoken very highly of using crypto currency and said their biggest concern is that more people have not adopted them yet.
