North Korea has lambasted the United States over its actions in the Korean Peninsula, saying Washington is bringing the region on the brink of an all-out nuclear war. North Korea’s deputy U-N ambassador says Pyongyang is ready to respond to any U-S attacks in kind. Kim In-ryong added that the ongoing US-South Korea military drills are the largest-ever which are aimed at his country. He then accused the United States of adopting double standard policies and violating the sovereignty of other nations including Syria. Meanwhile, North Korean’s Vice-Foreign Minister has said that his country would continue to test missiles on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. The bombastic comments came after U-S Vice President Mike Pence threatened the country with military action. The tensions between the two countries skyrocketed after Donald Trump came to office in January.
