The October Sequence ~
Between October 1st and October 23rd, 2025, three unprecedented institutional changes occurred in rapid succession—each directly related to extraterrestrial contact scenarios.

Simultaneously, our observational data of interstellar object 3I/ATLAS revealed systematic position and brightness discrepancies that contradict gravitational predictions.
This is not a story about an interstellar “comet”.

This is documentation of coordinated preparation.
Part 1. The Institutional Anomalies:
(Anomaly 1) SETI Post-Detection Protocols (October 16, 2025)
After 15 years of unchanged policy, the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) Institute released revised “Post-Detection Protocols” on October 16, 2025. The timing alone raises questions. But the content is what matters.

The New framework establishes:
– Centralized authority over alien communication to “authorized scientists, government agencies, and international bodies”.
– Explicit restrictions on who may attempt contact with extraterrestrial intelligence.
– A communication monopoly that effectively removes citizen participation rights during first contact scenarios.

For context: The previous protocols, established in 2010, emphasized transparency and international scientific cooperation without restricting civilian observation or discussion. The revision fundamentally altered the social contract around first contact.

(Anomaly 2) IAWN Planetary Defense Activation (October 21, 2025)
On October 21, 2025—five days after SETI’s protocol revision—the International Asteroid Warning Network (IAWN) added 3I/ATLAS to their official threat tracking list.

This represents a historical first.
No interstellar object has ever been designated a planetary defense target.

Not 1I/’Oumuamua.
Not 2I/Borisov.
Only 3I/ATLAS.

The announcement was buried in Minor Planet Center bulletin MPEC 2025-U142. No press release. No public NASA statement (the agency has been silent since the October 1st government shutdown). Just a technical document noting the object displays an “anti-tail”—particles pointing *TOWARD* the Sun instead of away—indicating potential reverse thrust capability.

IAWN simultaneously announced a mandatory “training exercise” scheduled for November 27, 2025 through January 27, 2026, focused exclusively on improving astrometry measurements of 3I/ATLAS.

We have also registered to be a part of this newly launched program hoping to gather more information and data for a better understanding for the future of new discoveries. The exercise begins exactly 29 days after perihelion.

(Anomaly 3) Communication Monopoly Implementation:
The convergence of these policies creates something unprecedented. A functional communication monopoly during potential first contact. The architecture is now in place:

– IAWN controls the “threat assessment”.
– NASA remains silent due to the government shutdown.
– Citizen observers are systematically excluded from official channels. (Unless accepted for the new “training exercise” note — Having an operational MPC Code is mandatory for participating in this campaign.)

JERUSALEM — The former security chief of Israel’s space program says President Donald Trump is aware of aliens from outer space and was about to disclose their existence before being stopped.

Haim Eshed, a former Israeli general and current professor, told an Israeli newspaper that the U.S. and his country have been dealing with aliens for a long time, but they remain a secret because he says “humanity isn’t ready,” the Jerusalem Post reports.

The 87-year-old Eshed also claims there is a “Galactic Federation” between aliens and the US, which involves an underground base on Mars where Americans and aliens work together. The report surmises the existence of the base could support Trump’s creation of the U.S. Space Force.

Eshed says Trump was close to alerting the public about aliens, but was kept from doing so by the Galactic Federation because humans were not ready to understand “what space and spaceships are.” As for his reasons for divulging the secret after many decades, Eshed mentioned his high academic standing and that he has “nothing to lose.”
