  Top American journalist Tucker Carlson titled his Friday newsletter, “This Could Be the Final Newsletter Before All-Out War,” in a scathing message criticizing Israel’s massive Thursday assault on Iran and President Donald Trump’s Truth Social post boasting about the U.S. providing Israel with high-tech weaponry.

  Carlson pointed out Trump’s special envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff had recently warned, “Iran could unleash a ‘mass casualty response’ if the Israelis bombed its nuclear facilities.”

  There is also concern in Washington, D.C. that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu might rely on the U.S. military to fight his battle after Iran responds to the attack. Under a section of the newsletter titled, “U.S. Says It Was ‘Not Involved.’ That’s Not True,” Carlson cited Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s message insisting America “played no role in Israel’s attacks,” arguing that the U.S. government’s decades of funding and sending weapons to the IDF places the States in the center of the conflict.

  Additionally, President Trump posted to Truth Social on Friday admitting he knew the barrage was coming and warning Iran there are “already planned attacks” that will be “even more brutal” than Thursday’s strikes.

  Trump also expressed hope the U.S. and Iran can continue negotiating a nuclear deal despite being “complicit in the act of war,” according to Carlson, who added, “It’s worth taking a step back and wondering how any of this helps the United States. We can’t think of a single way.”
