  IDF air and ground troops attacked in the Gaza Strip Thursday night, the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit reported. The Israeli military has struck over 700 Hamas targets since Operation Guardians of the Walls began on Monday, including senior commanders and attack drones launched by the terror group. Macron urged “a return to peace” and “a decisive relaunch” of peace negotiations.

  French President Emmanuel Macron has spoken Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas about the latest Mideast clashes and says he will speak soon with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as well as other regional leaders.

  As night fell on the Middle East, a fresh, heavy barrage of rockets from Hamas fell as well numbering over 100 into the South at Ashdod and Ashkelon.
