Israeli media say that the IDF started a ground offensive in Gaza. The last time Israeli forces invaded Gaza was in 2014 — then nearly 500 Palestinian children died. We are witnessing a horror unfolding that the US can put a stop to today by conditioning aid on a ceasefire.
