  There’s a lot happening in the sky these days, namely lots of comets! C/2020 F8 (SWAN), C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE), C/2019 Y4 (ATLAS), 2P/Encke and more. Let’s see where we can find some of the brightest comets in the night sky as of May 25, 2020. Comets are a wondrous sight for amateur astronomers. As one approaches it often reveals a tail, slowly unfurling a long ghostly banner of light. Often marked by a distinct greenish-blue haze, they are not to be missed.
