  4 Palestinian human rights groups have urged the International Criminal Court to launch a probe into Israel’s blockade of the Gaza Strip, which has denied 2,000,000 Palestinians their fundamental rights. The NGOs submitted a 145-page file to the ICC’s prosecutor setting out the factual and legal basis for the case.
