  New reports confirm DHS named the very terrorists involved in the Friday the 13th attacks back in May 2015. The same terrorists were also implicated in the failed Paris train attack. And these same terrorists were listed in the French “S Files” years, not months, before the Paris attacks. The only conclusion that can be reached given that the terrorists were in Europe for months before the attack yet captured 4 days after the attack is that European authorities ordered a stand down.
