The US Agency for International Development attempted to infiltrate Cuba and spread dissent by manipulating the country’s underground hip-hop movement. Using the same company that created ZunZuneo, a Twitter-like service also exposed by the Associated Press as a USAID cover, the agency worked for two years with almost no success.
