  (NaturalNews) A retired professor of chemistry from the University of Kentucky has come out in condemnation of mercury in vaccines, corroborating information released by a top scientist-turned-whistleblower from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) who recently published a study confirming a link between vaccines and autism.

  Professor Boyd Haley, Ph.D., says thimerosal, the ethylmercury-based preservative commonly used in vaccines, is lethal to all forms of life and should never be injected into a human being, especially one who is still a developing baby. Even at very low doses, thimerosal has been shown to kill neuronal cells, a fact that has been demonstrated both in vitro and in animals.

  Thimerosal particularly toxic to boys, hence their fivefold increased risk of autism
  According to Dr. Haley, ethylmercury also has a particular affinity for testosterone, becoming increasingly more toxic in its presence compared to when it encounters estrogen. This seems to explain why boys are about five times more likely to develop autism than girls and further validates the connection between exposure to mercury and an increased risk of neurological disease.

  “If you give it to animals, if you put it to cells in culture — we know that [thimerosal] kills neuronal cells at a very, very low concentration,” says Dr. Haley, whose own research on neuronal cells found that male hormones are particularly susceptible to thimerosal exposure. “Especially in boys or in the presence of testosterone, [thimerosal] becomes incredibly toxic.”

  Research from the UK came to similar conclusions, having found that mothers who gave birth to autistic children had high levels of testosterone in their amniotic fluid. In other words, the higher the level of testosterone, the greater the risk that a child will be born with symptoms that fall on the autism spectrum.

  What this suggests is that vaccines are potentially being used as bio-weapons, particularly against males, as higher estrogen levels in girls seem to mitigate the damaging effects of mercury that are most pronounced in the presence of testosterone. Dr. Haley doesn’t make this claim, of course, but he does believe that the CDC has been lying about vaccine safety for many years, long before the whistleblower came forward with the truth.
