NATO, Russia Revise Military Policies as Crisis Deepens!

  Russia announced on Tuesday it will revise its military doctrine in response to a NATO proposal to develop a rapid response force in Eastern Europe and deploy rotating, quasi-permanent troops to countries on Russia’s border. Meanwhile, European leaders are considering imposing tougher sanctions as punishment for Putin’s supposed involvement in the Ukraine crisis, although their implementation is not certain. The escalations come as fighting in Lugansk and several other cities intensifies, with civilians caught between the Ukrainian military and anti-government fighters.
