US Tries to Provoke War with Syria!

  A political analyst tells Press TV that the Western-backed militants have attempted numerous times to create a pretext for war and a situation in provocation in Syria. He also noted that these attempts are meant to destroy not only al-Assad government but also the Syrian state. Syria has called on those of its citizens -including opposition figures abroad willing to participate in the national dialogue- who have left the country due to the unrest that began nearly two years ago to return home. Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has stated that Damascus was always ready to hold talks with the opposition and political parties and that he would call for a “comprehensive national dialogue” after the terrorist activities stopped in the country. Syria has been experiencing unrest since March 2011.
