  • The white horseman has a bow but no arrows ie. peacemaker not war maker. This is the counterfeit Christ going “out conquering and to conquer” the world with (temporary false) peace! Revelation 6:2, implies that when the Anti-Christ appears on the scene the world is engulfed in global wars! The fake messiah will then appear and will be the One who conquers the world with peace. Revelation 6:4, the fiery red horseman – the bringer of war, confirms this view. Ie. the fiery red horseman, bringer of war takes peace from the earth (which was instituted by the white horseman).

  • The Anti-Christ will appear on the world scene and sign a peace treaty (covenant) with many countries valid for 7 years (one week). This verse implies that many countries are at war with one another, otherwise there will not be a need for a peace treaty of 7 years!
