US, UK, Romania, Moldova to Kick-Off NATO-Planned Military Exercises in Eastern Romania!

  More than two thousand troops from US, UK, Romania and Moldova will kick-off NATO-planned military exercises in eastern Romania on Thursday. Wind Spring Fifteen will continue until April 30 close to Ukraine’s western borders. Over 3-hundred-forty exercises are scheduled for the two-week-long drills and many of them are planned to be jointly staged. The exercises are part of a plan approved at NATO’s 20-14 summit that aims to reinforce the Western military alliance’s forces near European borders with Ukraine. The drills will be conducted in military bases close to Black Sea port city of Constanta in Romania.
