  Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro Moros , speaking to the diplomatic corps in Caracas, announced the construction of a new financial system by the BRICS countries – Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. It will not repeat the fate of the dollar and will not be used as a political tool against other countries, the leader said. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti .

  According to Maduro, the new system will open doors to all countries of the world, will not use the international banking system to cause damage or regime change, as happened in Venezuela. The President added that his country has recovered from the disconnection from the SWIFT system and does not want to return to it, since the sanctions were dictated by ideological motives. The leader recalled that the state is forbidden to use the dollar, and said that the international currency cannot be used in geopolitical blackmail. It should be a stable currency that can withstand world conflicts and to which all countries of the world have equal access, he concluded.
