  San Francisco has been dealing with a growing homeless population despite their desperate attempts to cover up the true number of homeless. But they apparently were housing 300 homeless in tents for $16.1 million. Homeless people will live in tents on their own. I’m no expert but even the council was questioning this major discrepancy.
