The pandemic and the repetitive U.S. export ban have dealt a heavy blow to the industry, and the world is facing a severe chip shortage problem, which has caused many companies from automakers to cellphone manufacturers to delay deliveries of their products, since chips are the lifeline to most of the products that we deem indispensable in our daily life.
