Commodities Pointing to Lower Dollar and Fiat Currencies

Even though we saw the Dow make a new high above $30’000 we need to look at what the Dow is priced in and how the dollar is actually looking very feeble not only versus other fiat currencies but against real goods like commodities. The conclusion for the day is that we could be at the very beginning of the first inning of a big devaluation of the dollar not only versus other fiat currencies but more importantly versus commodities. A weaker dollar means higher prices of all the basic commodities that the general public needs in order to get by.
