  New York City has announced its first confirmed case of coronavirus infection. Rhode Island and Florida are also reporting cases, and more cases have been confirmed in California, and Illinois. There are more than 90 confirmed cases in the US with at least six confirmed dead, and more than 89,000 cases worldwide. The outbreak has reached at least 60 countries.
