  Geminid Meteor Shower – Get Ready For A Spectacular Cosmic Show December 12 up to 14, 2018 – are expected to be the best nights for watching the annual Geminid meteor. The peak night will probably be the night of December 13 (morning of December 14), but the night of December 12 (morning of December 13) might be good, too. Just know that – although this is one shower you can successfully watch in the (late) evening – the best viewing hours are typically around 2 a.m., no matter where you are on Earth. In 2018, the waxing crescent moon won’t be a hindrance because it’ll set in the evening.
