Ukraine has warned of the threat of a full-scale war with Russia, following what it called Moscow’s QUOTE dramatic military buildup at the border. Poroshenko also claimed that numbers of Russian troops in Crimea have tripled since the peninsula joined Russia in 20-14. Kiev has imposed martial law on border areas despite a warning from the Russian president, who expressed serious concern over the move. The decision came a day after Russia seized three Ukrainian navy ships in the Kerch Strait for illegal entrance into waters off the Crimea Peninsula. Meanwhile, several senior European politicians have raised the possibility of new anti-Russia sanctions over the tensions.
