Tehran May Quit Nuclear Deal If Its Rights Not Ensured

Iran’s president once again says Tehran will leave the 2015 nuclear deal if the accord fails to ensure its rights. Hassan Rouhani made the remark in a meeting with the IAEA’s head Yukiya Amano in Vienna. Rouhani condemned the US withdrawal from the agreement. He said the move could push Iran to reduce its cooperation with the IAEA. Amano described the Iran nuclear deal as a diplomatic and technical achievement. He praised Iran for showing restraint following Washington’s pullout from the agreement.
