  NORTH Korea said its controversial missile test this week was merely the “first step” to all-out war and an outright attack on America.

  North Korea’s despotic leader Kim Jong-un said the countdown was now on for a missile attack on the US island territory of Guam. He had previously threatened to bomb the island but appeared to back down as the Korean crisis situation reached fever point.

  But following the successful inter-continental ballistic missile (ICBM) test earlier this week Kim has now re-iterated his threat to attack the island. A state-run news agency said today: “The current ballistic rocket launching drill like a real war is the first step of the military operation of the KPA [Korean People’s Army] in the Pacific and a meaningful prelude to containing Guam.”
