• My understanding is that the black budget portion which is derived from the illicit drugs trade is in the region of US$800B to US$1 trillion annually. The Black Budget is a totally unsupervised operation (ie. unsupervised by the US government) under the control of the Synagogue of Satan. It is used for all the Black Ops, Black Science, terrorism, wars, toppling governments …. The main bulk of it is, IMO, spent on building underground cities, D.U.M.Bs, the space war machine, Anti-Gravity UFOs  …. ie. in preparation for war against the Lord Jesus Christ on His 2nd Coming.
