  RUSSIA and China have developed a plan to put an end to North Korea’s repeated threats and are urging the US the join them.

  Vladimir Putin’s right-hand man Sergei Lavrov said the risk of a military conflict is very high and the succession of the threats issued by Washington and Pyongyang is deeply concerning. The foreign minister branded the war of words “over the top” as he revealed Russia and China have a plan to stop the crisis escalation.
