In a recent trip to Lithuania, the Pentagon’s head of special operations said that the Baltic states are ‘scared to death of Russia.’ Over the last few months the US has sent its special forces to provide a constant presence in the Baltics, gathering intelligence and providing training. Lithuania has updated its civil defense booklet, which is distributed to citizens, to include a section regarding what to do in the event of a Russian invasion. The US and UN have pledged to put even more troops on Russia’s doorstep. RT correspondent Polly Boiko has the details.
