    On FOX NEWS last night Judge Andrew Napolitano thoroughly explained the situation that we are dealing with concerning the propaganda “Russia interfered or hacked the election in favor of Donald Trump”.  He says it is absolutely untrue, and that President-elect Trump KNOWS IT.  He further stated that the NSA also knows this is simply “fake” news being spread throughout our system.

    I want to get this straight, because I know some of you will not be able to watch the video.
    –
    1.  There is a distinct difference between “leaking” and “hacking”.  Hacking occurs when a foreign party penetrates the fiber optics of a system, and alters the integrity of that system without those in the system knowing it.  There was no hacking done within the 2016 election.  Donald Trump won the election, because the American people voted for him.
    2.  A leak occurs when someone within a body…such as the Clinton campaign…releases actual information…in this case from the DNC, emails of Hillary Clinton, and John Podesta.  In other words, someone within the Clinton camp, or someone within the Intelligence community transferred or leaked emails to WIKILEAKS.
    3.  The NSA is the gatekeeper into the entire communications of our technical world.  They know themselves that no hacking was done by Russia or any foreign body on this planet during the election.  Again, the outcome of our 2016 election is pure and unpenetrated by hacking.
    4.  The FBI found no evidence of tampering within the election.  The CIA is up the creek without a paddle.  They have  gotten themselves into a situation where they have based their conclusion of “Russian interference in the election” on the same body of intelligence which the FBI also used.  Now they are being pushed to present evidence of what they are claiming.  The lawmakers on Capitol Hill are in the midst of investigating the CIA secret report.  In fact, Senator Lindsey Graham and John McCain are planning a trip abroad to further investigate.  They did receive a briefing from the CIA, which in my opinion makes no sense whatsoever.  They know the evidence is not there if they have a brain in their head.
    5.  The FBI works with true evidence, but the CIA works with conclusion.  They do not work very well together, although after the attacks of 9/11 they were told to do so.
    6.  Judge Napolitano says the leaks were an inside job.  The Intelligence Community feared working under a possible Hillary Clinton Presidency, due to the fact she let classified information leak from her unsecure home server. She leaked actual names of agents in the field…some are no longer with us.
    7  There 16 bodies of intelligence factions within our Government.  Anyone of these could have leaked communications from the Clinton campaign and the DNC.
