Russia says Turkey is damaging the efforts of all sides which are trying to keep the current Syrian ceasefire in place. The Russian top diplomat added that Turkey’s actions are also aimed at undermining the upcoming round of Syrian-Syrian talks scheduled for March. Sergei Ryabkov advised the US-led coalition to pay more attention to the behavior of its members and not shift the blame of truce violations to Russia or the Syrian government. According to Ryabkov, the Russia military has filed numerous violations by Turkey and other countries neighboring Syria. Meanwhile, the U-S secretary of State has said Moscow and Washington have decided not to discuss ceasefire violations and the work has been relayed to international teams. John Kerry noted that Geneva-based groups would look into reports of breaches of ceasefire deal on both sides.
