Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has strongly warned against any foreign intervention in Syria. Medvedev made the comment in an interview with a German newspaper. He said all countries must sit at the negotiating table to forge an end to the war in Syria QUOTE instead of unleashing a new world war. He also urged the US and its Arab allies to decide if they want a permanent war. Medvedev noted that Russia and the United States must exert pressure on all sides in the conflict in order to secure a ceasefire.
