The top advisor to the leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ali Akbar Velayati noted that Saudi Arabia’s military aggressions have wreaked havoc on Yemen. He noted that the US is supporting the Saudi invasion of Yemen by keeping silent on the crimes committed there. Velayati also dismissed the Saudi foreign minister’s recent statements as interference in a sovereign state’s internal affairs. He said the remarks are based on a limited view of world affairs. Last week, Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir called for a regime change in Syria and accused Iran of supporting terrorism in the country.
