    ISIL terrorists have reportedly abducted at least 220 Assyrian Christians in northeastern Syria during a three-day attack.

    The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says the Takfiri militants stormed ten villages near the city of Hasaka and abducted the Assyrian Christians. Most parts of Hasaka are currently under the control of Kurdish fighters. The terrorist group has been trying to capture the area which borders both Iraq and Turkey. Hundreds of Assyrians have already abandoned their villages to avoid bloody clashes. The ISIL has been committing horrific crimes in all regions under its control in Iraq and Syria.
