  Anti-Kiev militants in Eastern Ukraine are claiming Western fighters are active in the violent war ravaging the country. In two shaky videos with little discernible detail that emerged online this past weekend, military-clad English speakers can be heard as they travel through residential areas ravaged by heavy artillery fire.
