Heavy rainfall and severe flooding have made life even more difficult for Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. People in some neighborhoods of the southern town of Rafah have been forced to leave their homes, using motor and paddle boats. Floodwaters are reaching the second floor of buildings in some areas. Among those affected by the harsh weather are families who lost their homes during the latest Israeli war on Gaza, which killed over 21 hundred Palestinians.

The Woman Persecuted
13 Now when the dragon saw that he had been cast to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male Child.
14 But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.
