  Up to 23 people have been killed in powerful blasts near the Iranian embassy in Lebanon’s capital Beirut. An Iranian cultural attache is among the victims of the bombings that injured more than 140. A Lebanese group linked to Al-Qaeda has reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack.
