  NATO has given Ukraine permission to move its Patriot and SAMP/T air defense systems near the Russian border to bring Russian airfields and fighter jets into range. The aim is to remove the Russian Air Force from Ukraine or at least reduce its effectiveness.

  A few hours ago T.Biden inadvertently revealed that the USA and NATO have given permission to Ukraine to hit targets very deep in the Russian hinterland. Biden said in an interview that Kiev will not hit Moscow (!) or the Kremlin.

Ukraine can shoot down planes in Russian airspace using Patriot systems transferred to Germany.  This was stated by the head of the German-Ukrainian situation center, Bundeswehr Major General Christian Freudig.
