- President of Belarus: The Threat of a New Global Conflict Has Never Been as Close as It is Today
At present, the collective West is once again trying to destabilize the situation in Russia and Belarus. This was stated today by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, who made a number of important statements on the current situation.
As the head of the Belarusian state noted, the West is trying by any means and means to “rock the situation”. This is necessary for him in order to establish his own order, in which there will no longer be either Russia with Belarus, or their peoples.
“The threat of a new global conflict has never been closer than it is today.” Alexander Lukashenko emphasized. As the head of the Belarusian state noted, the West is trying to mislead about its real plans and intentions. Attempts to resolve the situation through peaceful negotiations are not recognized in the West, defining them as some kind of “diplomatic imitation.” But the price of refusing a peaceful settlement is hundreds of thousands of human lives, the head of Belarus stressed.
Lukashenka noted that we are currently seeing a new wave of NATO expansion. The North Atlantic Alliance is building up the military potential of its members in Eastern Europe in an unprecedented way, including in the immediate vicinity of the borders of Russia and Belarus. It is impossible to call what is happening otherwise than a demonstration of strength.
