  • Is the WuHan virus a bio-weapon? Highly likely YES! I do not buy the view that it is an accidental release out of the WuHan BSL 4 laboratory in China. It is, IMO, a deliberate attack on China by the western Illuminati, to protect their global monetary hegemony. These events happening just before the WuHan virus are too coincidental for me to believe the WuHan virus is not a pre-planned event (videos bottom of post):

    Event 201 A Global Pandemic Exercise
    Event 201 is a pandemic tabletop exercise hosted by The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on October 18, 2019, in New York, NY. The exercise illustrated the pandemic preparedness efforts needed to diminish the large-scale economic and societal consequences of a severe pandemic.     In an explosive interview Dr. Francis Boyle, who drafted the Biological Weapons Act has given a detailed statement admitting that the 2019 Wuhan Coronavirus is an offensive Biological Warfare Weapon and that the World Health Organization (WHO) already knows about it.

    Francis Boyle is a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law. He drafted the U.S. domestic implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, that was approved unanimously by both Houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush.
