  In an address to energy executives at the end of a two-day meeting, Pope Francis also called for “open, transparent, science-based and standardised” reporting of climate risk and a “radical energy transition” away from carbon to save the planet. The Vatican said attendees of the closed-door meeting at its Academy of Sciences, a follow-up to one a year ago, included the CEOs of Royal Dutch Shell, Eni, BP, Repsol, Conoco Phillips, Chevron, ExxonMobil, and executives of investment funds.

  Why is the pope so concerned about a carbon tax? Because Rome has always followed the money and will always follow the money. At Jesus First Coming, we see that there was in place a global taxing, so that tells us that there likely will be a global tax in place at His Second Coming. And a carbon tax is the only type of tax that can be applied to all nations equally. You just can’t get around that pesky, old King James Bible, can you? Nope.

  Don’t you kinda feel sorry for the apostles in the bible? They must have been some kind of chumps to only preach the gospel, and only work to see souls saved, when they could have been out getting insanely wealthy by trading and dealing with world leaders like Jorge here. No, that was sarcasm. The apostles in the Bible have nothing in common with the Roman whore of Revelation 17 and 18, but they would recognize Pope Francis in a second. He’s the “other guy” they warned us to watch out for. Are we listening?
