U.S. Military Presence in Syria Illegal

  Iran’s president says the US military presence in Syria is illegal and against international law. Hassan Rouhani was speaking at a news conference on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York. He said Iran’s military advisors are in Syria at the request of the country’s government to help it fight against terrorism. Rouhani also questioned Washington’s military presence in Iraq. He noted that the US should explain why it has deployed its troops to the Arab nation. Rouhani also condemned as a big mistake the relocation of the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem Al-Quds.
