EU Says Iran, World Powers to Continue Talks Aimed at Saving Nuclear Deal

  EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini says world powers and Iran have agreed to continue talks to save the 20-15 nuclear deal. Federica Mogherini was speaking after the first meeting between the deal’s signatories following the US pullout in May. Mogherini chaired the talks in Vienna. Meanwhile, Iran’s foreign minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, says all remaining signatories of the nuclear deal are resolved to stand up against the US sanctions. Zarif, however, insisted that the other parties to the deal should prove their commitment in action.
