Israel to Raze Palestinian Home in West Bank

  Tel Aviv will soon demolish a home belonging to a Palestinian accused of carrying out an anti-Israeli attack in the occupied West Bank. Authorities say the family home of Mohannad al-Halab in Ramallah’s Sirda village will be razed within ten days. Mohannad was shot dead in Jerusalem al-Quds over an alleged stabbing attack against Israeli settlers in early October. Israeli officials say he killed two settlers and wounded two others. A number of Palestinian homes have been destroyed since tensions began to soar in the West Bank three months ago. Rights groups condemn the home demolitions as disproportionate.
