  Lavrov told Russian parliament that many UN members believe that the most serious threat to the whole international community is posed by international terrorism and extremism. Lavrov also said that ISIL terrorists are putting down their roots in Afghanistan but there are no requests from Afghan officials for Russia’s help. He said if the Afghan government asks for Moscow’s support, President Vladimir Putin will make a decision.
