  The smuggler, Valentin Grossu, had offered to provide a ‘member of the terror group’ with 2.5 million euros (£1,837,463) worth of radioactive cesium that could contaminate several city blocks. But it turned out his customer was really an FBI informant and when the two met up to make the exchange in Chisinau, Moldova, he was arrested.
